"I cannot thank you enough for all the help you gave me in Fall. My life was a complete wreck and you helped save me...Thank you so much for all you have done." CARE Student, Class of 2017
How to Refer
If you believe a student may be dealing with homelessness or are at-risk of being homeless, food insecurity, and/or students previously or currently in foster care encourage them to visit CARE online to schulde an appointment.
If you are unsure about approaching a student in need, feel free to contact the CARE Services Director, Marcy Stidum, at email@example.com to discuss this situation. While students are always able to make their own choices, awareness of available services can be beneficial. In those situations, the CARE Services recommends speaking with us in order to avoid inadvertently making someone feel they are being pressured to identify as homeless, food insecure, or foster care.
